While AI tools like ChatGPT have revolutionized text generation, our ambition went further—to design AI that orchestrates decisions and drives workflows. As part of GEP’s transformation into an AI-first SaaS company, I led the design of an AI-powered search and intake orchestration tool. This product empowers enterprise users to streamline complex processes by turning natural language queries into actionable workflows—enhancing productivity, reducing bottlenecks, and enabling faster decision-making.
